This is another layered collage, with the background composed of eight different fabrics including two cotton lamés, then layered with pale gold irridescent tulle. This was lightly stipple quilted with invisible thread to hold everything in place while working on the fish and flowers.

After the machine embroidery was complete, silk ribbon, beading, and hand embroidery were added for texture and detail.
