Next stop: a full-length, five gore black taffeta skirt, equally embellished with gold twin-needle crosshatch quilting and bead accents at each intersection. The sleeveless top, a collage of leftovers from the jacket fare, is bedecked with rouched circles, fabric leaves, yo-yos, beads, rhinestones and hand embroidery and includes a beaded button closure.
