This is my ensemble for the 2004 Bernina Fashion Show: Fashion Imagination, which debuted in Houston, Texas in October. Drawing on styles of the late 19th century and interpreting them with materials and techniques from the 21st century, this garment celebrates the romance of train travel with "Get Me To The Train On Time!" The vision: a woman of means traveling home for holiday celebrations with family and friends.
