Dimensions are for medallion itself, beaded necklace is 26 inches long.

Bead embroidery with glass beads and Sculpey III cabochon. All along the Oregon coast are ?Tsunami Warning? signs and places designated as ?Third Wave Safe.? This piece grew out of the image used on those warnings. The spiral chain is from Suzanne Cooper's website.

Techniques used:
bead embroidery, peyote stitch, right-angle weave

Materials:
glass seed, bugle & cube beads; polymer cabochon; Timtex; ultrasuede
