Still working in an underwater theme, this was an experiment in painting Wonder Under and using it to hold tulle and trapped threads in place. When pressed, the tulle partially disintegrated, yielding a nice organic effect, which, when embellished with hand embroidery and sequins, added to the illusion of water.
