Basic log cabin piecing provides a "house" for a beaded spirit form. This is a precursor to a new series of shrines, and represents a protective spirit watching over a fragile earth.
Techniques used:
machine piecing and stitching, bead embroidery

commercial cottons; glass seed and bugle beads; pressed glass beads; resin face
