Artist Statement:
My work is influenced by my daily walks in the woods with my dog, George. I am fascinated by trees, leaves, roots, and wild flowers and the impact they have on our lives. The imagery that I encounter in the woods is reflected in my art work. The colors and the shapes that are constantly changing right before my eyes is a marvel to me and I want to capture that in my quilts.
