I love working small. I know, quilts are supposed to be big — for covering beds and filling up walls above sofas. But I started out as an embroiderer, and working on something I can comfortably hold in my hands feels like home. I also like to tuck little bits of art into those small spaces we all have in our homes. These works are for those small spaces. There are other small pieces in the Beading As Applique gallery that used to be here. We moved them since they seemed to fit better with that style of work.
